For all filmmakers interested in submitting their work, the final submission date is midnight on Sunday - October 11, 2026.

All submissions must be done thru FilmFreeway.com

Notification Date: November 1, 2026

In-Person Screening:

November 27, 2026 - All Day Screening and voting. On Site at Magnolia Meeting Space, Magnolia,Texas for preregistered festival ticket holders only. No onsite ticket sale.

Virtual Screenings:

November 26 - 27 and December 24 - 25 - All Day Virtual Screenings and audience voting for preregistered festival ticket holders only.

Grief Film Fest - Film Awards Announced

All Grief Film Fest Film Awards will be announced and posted on the festival's website along with direct emails going to the winning submissions on:
